At Webbs Electricals, we ensure your purchase arrives when you need it. Enjoy your delivery, right to the room of your choice. No hidden fees, just clear and straightforward service – because transparency is part of our promise to you.

Delivery Time Slots

Before we deliver, you'll receive an estimated time slot for delivery, and a courtesy pre-call when we're en route.

While we strive for punctuality, please be aware that sometimes delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control, like traffic or weather conditions. We ask for your availability throughout your scheduled delivery day to accommodate any unexpected changes.

Transparent Delivery Charges

Our comprehensive two-man delivery service is free for most orders. Certain products or locations (such as in Scotland) may incur a small delivery fee, which we will clearly communicate at the time of checkout.

Please note, installation and recycling services are not included in our standard delivery service, but can be added from the product page or online basket.

Storage options

We can store your order until you require it free storage.

Amending your delivery date

If you need to amend your delivery date for whatever reason then please call us on 01543 505 062

You'll need to notify us by 12pm one working day before your delivery is due. If this is not done, failed delivery or re-delivery charges may apply (detailed in our Terms & Conditions).

Will you deliver up stairs? 

If there's no suitable lift available, delivery will be made to a ground or first floor room of choice.

Due to safety reasons, any appliances over 100kg cannot be carried up flights of stairs, so if no suitable lift is available, we will only be able to deliver to a ground floor room of choice.
