3. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products are excluded from the Promotion.

4. All appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis (i.e. non consumer purchases) are excluded from the Promotion.

5. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland only, excluding employees of the Promoter and employees and close family members of retailers.

6. The Promotion, which starts on 05.02.20 and runs until 17.03.20, only applies to purchases made on or between these dates. Claims must be received by the Promoter before Midnight on 17.04.20 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.

7. The Promotion is offered via participating retailers only and only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature.

8. How to Claim:

a. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form (including full Receipt, ENR number and full address if selecting cheque). The online claim form is available on www.bosch-home.co.uk/choice-promotion. A claim form can also be downloaded from www.bosch-home.co.uk/choice-promotion and submitted by post to 'Bosch Choice 2020 Promotion', The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG.

b. Claims must be received by the Promoter before Midnight on 17.04.20 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.

c. If an ENR number cannot be provided at the time of the claim because the appliance has not been delivered, please state when the delivery is expected and complete the claim after delivery has taken place and by the 15th of May 2020.

d. A copy of original purchase receipts must be provided for claim forms. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted. Purchasers can call the helpline 01565 656 984 for assistance between 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday; however cannot submit a claim by telephone. (Local rate number, please check with your telephone provider for exact call costs and we may record and monitor calls).

9. Claims are posted at claimants risk and proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their opinion, fraudulent or invalid.

11. Claimants should allow up to:

a. 6 weeks for dispatch of the Cheque gift & 28 days for the release of the Bank Transfer funds, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.

b. 30 days for the email containing the e-gift to be sent, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.

c. 30 days for the Restaurant Choice gift card to be sent, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.

12. E-gifts can only be claimed when a valid email address is provided on the claim form. Any online claims will require an email address to be entered before submitting a claim for an e-gift. If a postal claim form is received for an e-gift and a valid email address is not present, the claim will not be accepted. Any claims of this nature will be rejected based on insufficient information being provided and the customer will be notified by letter to the postal address provided on the claim form.

13. Once claim approval has been confirmed by the promoter, you will be sent an email to access your e-gift code within 30 days. Once received you will have 90 days from the date on this gift email to reveal your e-gift code. If you do not click to reveal your e-gift code within this 90 day period, the link will expire and you will no longer be eligible for the e-gift code. Once you have clicked reveal in your gift email and your code has been viewed, you will have 30 days to keep accessing your e-gift code. After this 30 day access period has ended, you will no longer be able to access your e-gift code. This timeframe cannot be extended.

14. All e-gift codes and physical gift cards are subject to their own individual expiry date. Please see your gift email for your expiry date. All codes must be redeemed by this date. If not redeemed the code will become invalid.

15. All claim forms and copy purchase order receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to claimants therefore please ensure you keep a copy. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.

16. By submitting a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their Bosch appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon return of the ‘Gift’ i.e. the Cashback and/or e-gift code.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility: The promotion is open to all UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its affiliates, agents or participating retailers involved in this promotion, the immediate families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.

4. How to claim:

 Each qualifying customer will be eligible to receive a NEFF Prepaid Grocery Card (“the Offer”), loaded with their qualifying reward value.

 Participating customers must register their claim before the promotion cut-off date (11.05.2017) at www.neff.co.uk/grocerycard2017 by providing details of their purchase including ENR (model) and FD numbers and their full purchase receipt showing the date of sale and the model number purchased. Please note that you can also claim by post by picking up a claim form from the participating retailer. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any registrations or final claims that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Promoter by midnight 11.05.2017.

 For online claims, once approved, customers will receive an email within 5 working days that allows them to click-through to select the retailer gift card of their choice.

 Postal claimants will be required to select their retailer gift card of choice on their postal claim prior to posting it in, and will therefore not receive an email, but will be posted their choice of card automatically. For claims submitted by post, please allow up to 28 days for your card to be delivered.

 Customers claiming online must click on the link within 12 months of dispatch of the email to confirm their personal details and their choice of retailer gift card. Failure to confirm these details within 12 months means that your claim will expire and you will no longer be able to claim the Offer.

 Customers claiming online must redeem the entire Offer at the time of selecting their card of choice. Any remaining funds will be forfeited.

 Only physical cards can be claimed via post, whereas, physical and digital cards (where available) can be claimed online.

 Once customers have received their NEFF Prepaid Grocery Card, to check balance or transaction history customers must visit the grocer’s customer services using the details provided on the reverse of the card or within the digital email.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require purchasers to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

6. Only one prepaid grocery card per eligible NEFF Appliance purchased. The Offer is not transferrable.

7. Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you

 reside outside of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man;

 have not purchased a qualifying Appliance from a participating retailer during the Promotion Period;

 have not completed the official online application form correctly;

 have not registered their claim by the promotion cut-off date (11.05.2017);

 have not submitted your claim including, Proof of Purchase and ENR / FD and Znr number by 11.05.2017; have not uploaded a legible original full purchase receipt showing the model number and date of purchase;

 have not submitted a valid ENR (model) , FD and Znr number on application form;

 have not confirmed postal address within 12 months of dispatch of email;

 have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

8. The Offer has no cash value or alternative.

9. Redeeming the Offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

10. When using the NEFF Prepaid Grocery card at UK Retailers, you simply need to present it at the point of purchase and the balance will be deducted from the card. Each retailer’s card carries its own terms and conditions, and these can be found on the relevant retailer website with a summary on the Neff claim form or NEFF website.

11. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors will, permitted by law, be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability, any personal loss or injury occurring whilst using the Offer, neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the Offer and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. The Promoter shall use data submitted by purchasers for the purposes of operating the Promotion only, unless otherwise stated in the claim details. 4.        The cash value is as stated and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time at its sole discretion.

5.        Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products are excluded from this promotion.

6.        Each valid cashback claim is limited to a single use and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made available by the Promoter on the Selected Appliances, unless stated otherwise.

9.        Documentation submitted online will not be returned.

10.     All valid claims must be submitted no later than 14th December 2017. Claims made after this date will not be fulfilled and not returned to the customer.

11.     HighcoMRM on behalf of the Promoter will issue the cashback value via bank transfer only. The cashback amount will be paid to the bank details you have provided on the claim form within 28 days of validation of your claim from the date the Promoter receives the claim form and scan of the purchase receipt.

12.     The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. 13.     Where the cashback payment constitutes a taxable benefit, the tax liability lies with the recipient.

5. Claim Deadline: within 60 days of the purchase date of the Qualifying Product. For clarity,

6. ELIGIBILITY

• The Promotion is open to residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 years or over.

• The Promotion entails the receipt of cashback amount via bank transfer and cashback amounts vary depending on the Qualifying Product purchased.

• In order to qualify for the Promotion, consumers must purchase a new (not second hand) Qualifying Product from a retailer participating in the Promotion (“Participating Retailer”) in the UK (and Republic of Ireland – where applicable) during the Promotion Period; the promotion is valid on in-store and online purchases only. 7. CLAIM PROCESS: Consumers should complete the online claim form at

www.lgcashback.co.uk and upload a copy of their full purchase receipt before the end of the Claim Deadline. Claims made after this date will not be eligible for the Promotion. Consumers should ensure that their purchase receipt includes the retailer name, the model number, the price of the Qualifying Product and the date of purchase and they will need to select/fill in the retailer details accordingly, please note they will also need to fill in their bank information.

8. Claims are not valid in respect of Qualifying Products that are returned to a retailer and the consumer receives a full refund, in which case the Promoter will be entitled to claim back any cashback amounts that were paid. In any event, the last date for registration will be the Claim Deadline.

9. The Administrator will not process a claim if the consumer cannot provide a copy of the full purchase receipt.

10. Consumers will receive the cashback via bank transfer to the bank details that are provided when submitting their Claim. This will be within 60 working days of validation of their Claim. Validation of their claim shall occur within 10 working days of a successful registration. It is the consumer’s responsibility to provide accurate information to the Promoter/Administrator and should they provide any inaccurate information, the Promoter or Administrator shall not be responsible for and shall have no obligation to fulfil the cashback reward.

11. Please note the consumer will need access to the internet to redeem this promotion and any charges relating to this are between the consumer and their internet service provider and are not the responsibility of the Promoter.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive claims including, without limitation, to require the consumer to prove that they did not return the product within the period of 30 days from the date of purchase.   3. The Trade Up TV must be complete and undamaged (reasonable wear and tear permitted) with a screen size of 32" or more (the “Trade Up Criteria”) and the relevant Upgrade Reward will vary dependent on the Promotion Product purchased, as set out in the table below.

Claims

  1. To claim, Participants must go to www.samsung.com/uk/offers/tvupgrade and follow the prompts to the redemption page where they will be asked to complete the online claim form, submit a copy of their proof of purchase and provide details of their Trade Up TV including screen size, brand and age (the “Claim”).
  2. Only invoices and receipts clearly indicating the Promotion Product has been purchased will be accepted as proof of purchase, delivery notes and order confi rmations will not be accepted. The name and address shown on the proof of purchase must match the Participant’s details included in the Claim.
  3. Claims must be submitted between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days from the date of purchase of the Promotion Product (the “Claim Period”), meaning the final claim date for Promotion Products purchased on 15 August 2017 (the last day of the Promotion Period) is no later than 23:59 (GMT) on 13 October 2017. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase on the invoice or receipt counts as day one (1) of the Claim Period. Claims received outside the Claim Period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted.
  4. A maximum of one (1) Upgrade Reward can be claimed per Promotion Product purchased.
  5. A Claim must be made by the Participant, and must not be made through agents or third parties.
  6. Participants will receive a confirmation email within two (2) working days of submitting their Claim to confirm if their Claim has been successful and validated, and that the Upgrade Reward will be paid via bank transfer within thirty (30) days of Claim validation.
  7. Participants will be notified by email within two (2) working days of submitting a Claim if their Trade Up TV has failed to meet the Trade Up Criteria and that they have been refused an Upgrade Reward. The decision of the Promoter is final and no discussions will be entered into.
  8. If a Participant fails to provide a valid proof of purchase or has otherwise incorrectly submitted a Claim, the Participant will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received, one further email will be sent requesting the required information. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the second email the Claim will be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to Claim.
  9. If an email notifi cation of Claim validation has not been received within fi ve (5) working days of a Claim being submitted or the Upgrade Reward has not been received within thirty (30) calendar days of the Claim validation email, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team at tvupgrade@samsungpromotions.claims or by telephone on 03452160057 (for UK) and 015369563 (for ROI).
  10. Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged Claims.

The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions and shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verifi cation as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a Participant.
  12. If a Participant returns the Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and the participant must immediately call 03452160057 (UK) and 015369563 for (ROI) to cancel the Claim. The Promoter reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a Promotion Product has been returned and, by submitting a Claim, the participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so.

Privacy and Data Protection

  1. The Promoter may use any personal information submitted by the Participant to advise Participants of future promotions and to provide information about products of the Promoter or its associated companies that may be of interest. 6.     Subscription 1 consists of twelve (12) monthly deliveries each containing eight (8) snack packs of popcorn (“Subscription 1”).

7.      Subscription 2 consists of six (6) monthly deliveries each containing eight (8) snack packs of popcorn (“Subscription 2”).

8.     The Promoter reserves the right to update the Audio Promotion Products throughout the Purchase Period as new products are launched in the UK. Any amendments to the  Audio Promotion Products will be published at www.samsungpromotions.claims/samsungmovielounge.

9.     Purchases from auction websites (e.g. eBay), from third party sellers on online retailers’ websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace), are specifically excluded from this promotion (“Excluded Retailers”).

10.   A participating retailer is any retailer in the UK or ROI that is not an Excluded Retailer.

11.   Participants who also purchase any Samsung UHD Blu-Ray player (a “UHD Blu-Ray Promotion Product”) within the same transaction as an Audio Promotion Product (from the table in term 5 above) from the same participating retailer will be eligible to claim six (6) or twelve (12) monthly deliveries of films on Blu-Ray Disc to match the length of the      subscription (determined by the Audio Promotion Product purchased) (“Reward 2”).

12.   Rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value for the Reward.

13.   The subscription will automatically terminate at the end of the relevant free subscription period.

Claims

15.   To Claim, Participants must visit www.samsungpromotions.claims/samsungmovielounge and provide the serial number and proof of purchase of a qualifying Audio Promotion Product and (if applicable) that of the UHD Blu-Ray Promotion Product, their contact details, a UK or ROI delivery address and any other requested information (a “Claim”).

16.    Participants must wait thirty (30) days from the date of purchase before making a Claim. Claims must then be made by 23:59 (BST) on 30 March 2019 (“Claim End Date”). Claims received after the Claim End Date will be invalid.

17.     Maximum 1 Claim per Audio Promotion Product purchased.

18.    Participants will be sent an email and SMS to confirm that their Claim has been received by the Promoter. Within two (2) days of a Claim, Participants will be sent an email and  SMS to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).

19.     If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team at samsungmovielounge@samsungpromotions.com within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.

20.    Participants who make a valid Claim will receive an email from Joe’s Gourmet Foods Ltd within two (2) working days of Claim Validation confirming when the first delivery of Reward 1 will arrive and the login details to www.joeandsephs.com to amend the popcorn flavours included in their subscription. For the avoidance of doubt, Participants will not be able to amend the flavours included in the first delivery of their subscription.

21.    Participants shall receive their Reward 1 within thirty (30) days of receiving the email confirmation. For queries relating to the delivery of Rewards, Participants should call +44 (0)208 450 0922 or email joe@joeandsephs.com in the first instance.

22.    The Blu-Ray Discs from Reward 2 will be delivered on a monthly basis with Reward 1.
