Delivery & Installation
Who Will Deliver My Appliance?
Depending on where you live and availability delivery will be made either using our own vehicles with two men, by a specialist courier service or by manufacturers home delivery service. Our sales team will always discuss this with you beforehand.
When Will my Appliance Be Delivered?
Most deliveries are free. We currently make a charge of just £12.50 for products selling below £299.99. Installation is not included and will be charged at the appropriate rate.
Will you deliver my purchase to any room?
We'll always try to oblige and to deliver the room of your choice. We'd ask you to ensure there is clear access to the room before we arrive and to clear any obstructions. If you'd like us to deliver to the first floor of your property we'll try to accommodate your request but would ask that you let us know when we book your delivery in.
Do You Remove Old Appliances & The Packaging?
We'll remove your old appliances if disconnected and the packaging too - at no charge. We do pass on a £15 recycling cost on each refrigeration product that we collect.
Do You Offer A Storage Facility?
Yes, we'll store your products for up to 12 weeks without charge and deliver when you're ready.

We offer a premium installation service and unlike many of our competitors we do not add additional charges for disconnection of old appliance or for recycling. We do not even charge extra for a time slot which suits you.

Once you have purchased a product from either our store, over the phone or from our website, we will liaise with you to organise a convenient delivery time at the earliest possible opportunity. Getting your new item from our warehouse to your home as swiftly as possible is our number one aim. Generally we will be able to offer same day or next day delivery however this is dependent on both stock availability and the delivery schedule.
This superb service does not stop here. Our highly trained and friendly Delivery and Installation Engineers will then bring the product into your home and install it. Not only do we remove all the packaging, we'll install your new product, provide you with a comprehensive demonstration and be happy to answer any questions you might have.
